10-Minute Turkey Marinara Zucchini Pasta

Are you looking for an easy dish to make after a long day at work? Look no further because this ten minute meal is simple to make and healthy too.

Ingredients:

  • Organic tomato sauce
  • 1-pound ground turkey
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Pepper flakes
  • Salt
  • Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Zucchini
  • Avocado (optional for garnish)
  • Fresh Parmesan cheese (optional for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Cook ground turkey with a dash of olive oil fresh chopped garlic, pepper, pepper flakes and a pinch of salt.
  2. Fry the turkey for about 5 minutes then add the tomato sauce and two tablespoons of non-fat Greek yogurt. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, wash and slice zucchinis into thin slices since you will be eating raw. Note that you will need one zucchini per serving.
  4. Put on plate and serve the meat sauce on top of it and sprinkle w chili flakes and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Optional you can garnish with sliced avocado and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
