Did you know that Latinas are paid 46% less than men? It takes until November 2 for Latinas to achieve equity in pay with men. November 2, 2017 is Latina Equal Pay Day to bring awareness to the Latina wage gap. Lean In Latinas is committed to closing the wage gap for Latinas. Lean In Latinas founder Anna Dapelo-Garcia shares some key strategies for Latinas to close the wage gap.
