Are you looking for an easy dish to make after a long day at work? Look no further because this ten minute meal is simple to make and healthy too.
Ingredients:
- Organic tomato sauce
- 1-pound ground turkey
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Pepper flakes
- Salt
- Non-fat Greek yogurt
- Zucchini
- Avocado (optional for garnish)
- Fresh Parmesan cheese (optional for garnish)
Directions:
- Cook ground turkey with a dash of olive oil fresh chopped garlic, pepper, pepper flakes and a pinch of salt.
- Fry the turkey for about 5 minutes then add the tomato sauce and two tablespoons of non-fat Greek yogurt. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- In the meantime, wash and slice zucchinis into thin slices since you will be eating raw. Note that you will need one zucchini per serving.
- Put on plate and serve the meat sauce on top of it and sprinkle w chili flakes and Parmesan cheese.
- Optional you can garnish with sliced avocado and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
