    Eva Longoria to Host Altísimo Live! Festival Fundraiser for Farmworkers’ COVID-19 Relief

    a Longoria will host a star-studded Cinco de Mayo fundraiser, Altisimo Live, along with Gloria Estefan and Luis Fonsi to fundraise for the Farworkers’ COVID-19 Relief. The virtual concert will stream live on Facebook Live, Youtube, Twitch, Twitter, iHeartLatino’s radio stations and websites, among other social media platforms, on May 5 at 2 p.m. PT (4 p.m. CT). The event is free to watch but viewers will be encouraged to make donations.

Join us for an evening to celebrate contributions of Latinas in literature and our Latino heritage. This complimentary event will feature Latina authors sharing their inspirational stories, book signing, Mexican hot chocolate, and pan dulce.

Undocumented students share their story in the Dreamer Project, a verbatim theatre piece created from interviews with SJSU students. The play runs through November 23 at the Hammer Theatre Center.
