As a busy mom, I am always looking for dinners that are quick, easy and that the kids will love. This simple twist on a traditional ham and cheese recipe make is so yummy. All you need is three ingredients to make this yummy dish that melts in your mouth. I was able to pick up all the ingredients at Safeway while I was running all my errands during the day.

Ham & Cheese Rollup Recipe

  • 8 oz Hillshire Farm Naturals Ham
  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or your cheese of choice)

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Let pizza dough sit for approximately 20 minutes prior to rolling out. On a lightly floured surface, proceed to roll out pizza into a 12 x 8 rectangle.
  3. Place ham first on the pizza dough and then sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top.
  4. Roll the dough into a log. Pinch the ends to seal and then place on a greased baking sheet with the seam down.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until a golden brown. Let the stand for 15 minutes prior to cutting and serving.
