International music sensation, Pitbull, is  gearing up for his highly anticipated “MR. WORLDWIDE’S CARNAVAL” tour with leading  promoter, AEG  Live. “We are genuinely  thrilled and proud to be working with an incredibly talented and global act  such as Pitbull.  The tour promises to bring to life his numerous hits in  an explosion of sound and sight,” commented Rebeca Leon, VP of  Latin Talent for AEG. The  tour will begin on the heels of Pit’s current outing, a string of shows that  has touched far reaching territories of the globe including Mexico, Central  and South America, Russia, Australia, UK, France, Germany, Finland,  Belgium, Switzerland,Turkey, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.  “MR. WOLDWIDE’S CARNAVAL” will  be a major extravaganza as Pit takes his celebration to over 25 cities with  the hope of uniting people from all walks of life—culturally, linguistically  and racially—in the way only Mr. 305 can: by bringing down the  house. “I can’t wait to start ‘Mr.  Worldwide’s Carnaval’ tour to show the world that music is the true universal  language. It’s a great opportunity to show how powerful we can all be when we  are united,”describes Pit.  The kick off is set for May 25  at 1stBank Center in Denver and continuing through June 28  with a final show at the Milwaukee  Summerfest.  

Fueled by his drive to stay on top of the game, Pit will release on May  25, ARMANDO, the first full Spanish-language album of his career on Mr. 305 Records/Famous  Artist/Sony Latin. Featured on the album is the infectious breakout hit,  “Watagatapitusberry,featuring Lil Jon, Sensato, Black Point and El Cata. The track is fire and continues  its rapid climb up the Billboard charts. Other notable  tracks on the disc include, “Maldito  Alcohol” and “Orgullo.”  Not one to alienate  anyone from his world, Pit will also unleash PLANETPIT on  Mr. 305/Polo Grounds/J Records in Fall 2010.  This album will follow up  the international smash, Rebelution, which  spurred the hits “I Know You Want Me (Calle  Ocho),” “Hotel Room  Service,” “Shut It  Down” featuring Akon and “Krazy” featuring Lil Jon, which have sold over 5  Million digital singles combined in the US alone.  Beyond delivering some  of our generation’s biggest pop, urban, dance and Latin hits, Pit has proven  he can also dominate the web with over 160 Million views on YouTube from clips  of his immensely popular repertoire, including “Culo,” “Dammit Man,”The Anthem,” “Go Girl,” “Shake,” “Ay Chico,” “Bojangles,”“Dime” and two tracks from  the Fast and  the Furious film franchise, “Oye” and “Blanco” among many others.  The lead  single on PLANETPIT is  “Alright” and will feature  Machel Montano.
