So even though my baby scored the sleeps like “Rock Star” level after looking at her the sleep analysis from the app I noticed that she does have problems going to sleep once she is in the crib. While I am good at the three steps, I am really inconsisten with quiet time. On most nights, my baby is running around after her bath and massage with her sister playing. This inevitably leads to my baby getting hyper and not being able to fall asleep. The app made me realize that I need to be more consistent with dimming the lights and reading a story before I put them to bed.
